Former Prime minister of India & Young ideal of India Late Shri. Rajiv Gandhi was remembered on his death anniversary at Veer Bhumi, New Delhi. Several great personalities including Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Sh. Rahul Gandhi, Smt. Priyanka Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Mohd. Ansari, Sh. Pranab Mukherjee & Shri. Mannat Sharma payed there tributes to Rajiv ji at Veer Bhumi. Sangeetanjali was sung by Dr. Subhandra Desai & small part of Rajiv ji's speech was shown there.
On 21st May, 2018 Rajiv ji completed his 27th year of Assassination. He was assassinated by the terrorists at Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu while campaigning for elections. He was just 46 years when he was assassinated by terrorists.
