Shri. Mannat Sharma is President of All India Citizens Foundation since 19, December 2014 after the 1 years of the formation our President was replaced from the Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma to Shri. Mannat Sharma. Central Committee of Samaj Seva & Animal Care Centre (All India Citizens Foundation) had passed the Resolution of changing the President. He is also the longest serving President of All India Citizens Foundation, Since 2014. Now he is crossing the 4 years of All India Citizens Foundation, which is longest in the History of AICF. Now he is Member of Indian National Congress.

Shri. Sharma was born on 14- March 2003. He completed his Primary Education from Sahoday Senior Secondary School, SDA, Hauz khaz, New Delhi, 110014, India. Now he is studding in standard 12th at Kendriya Vidhalaya, R.k. Puram, New Delhi, 110022, India. He is brilliant student in his section/class all the teachers of Shri. Sharma had told in there complement about Shri. Sharma that "He is brilliant student & Reader" most of the teachers given their compliment about his speech and said that the speech given by Shri. Mannat Sharma is very good and like a good leaders, Shri. Sharma give his speech on most occassions at School.
Yes, it is write that Shri. Mannat Sharma is good orator which is proved by his every speech which is given at the School & every political meetings of Congress party in Elections. In the Delhi University Elections 2016 Shri. Mannat Sharma campaigned for the candidate for General Secretary of NSUI Shri. Mohit Garid. In 2017 at Month of April He campaigned for Smt. Jai Shree Panwar, Ex- Mayor Delhi at MCD Elections 2017 for Greater Kailash 86 Ward Constituency. In 2019 he campaigned for Shri. Ajay Maken, Congress candidate from New Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency, He also campaigned for 2020 Delhi Vidhan Sabha Elections for Congress and main focus was on Greater Kailash Constituency.

Shri. Mannat Sharma is the most powerful & strict Administrator in the Organization in the history of SSACC. He is very strict and very hard working in the organization. He always followed the ideology of Indian National Congress & Sh. Mahatma Gandhi that "reality is one of that thing that can change the world & the history". Shri. Mannat Sharma is related from the very hard working family who are always interested to serve the society as the "Jan Sevak". However, He is also follow all those eticates which are given him by his family. He was awarded Peace Award by Indian Peace Society in 2019 for his excellent work in field of social welfare.
He have governed the organization with his full working strength & with interest in social work. He have interest in the present politics. He have aim to became politician at his childhood only, He had showed his some of the skills also in the politics. However, his family was very supportive for him & always encouraged him to carry on his political and social work. His Grand Father Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma encouraged him more from his starting career. He won the election of the President of AICF, which was held after the National Session of AICF on 10th January 2018 by 56 % votes of Central Committee members & his oponent Sahil Sharma got 54% votes and he loses this election. In next election when Central Election Authority conducted elections by the permission of Present president and Vice President, Shri. Mannat Sharma elected as the President of AICF BY 81% votes in which his opponent got only 10% votes on 27th July, 2019.
In Present he is National President of AICF and Young leader of Indian National Congress.
In his speech he said that "I will serve my society and country till my last breath".
