Our foundation taken place by the Un-established Central Committee of Samaj Seva &  Animal Care Center (SSACC) Now known as All India Citizens Foundation. This meeting was held on the 19th May, 2013 at the President ship of Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma (Former President of AICF) with the 12 more members. In those 12 members Shri. Mannat Sharma, Kum. Mehak Sharma, Shri. Sahil Sharma, Kum. Chanchal Sharma & more committee members, and present office bearers of SSACC are present in that Meeting. The offer by the Honorable President of SSACC Shri. Mannat Sharma to start an organization on the aim of Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma that "Very clear & developed Society which was the aim of Shri. S.P. Sharma. 

 

           On 29th May 2013 one more meeting was taken place by the Un- Established Central Committee in the Presidentship of Shri. S.P. Sharma on taking decision to fix our organization's Name the Name for our organization was offered by Shri. Sahil Sharma, who was our present Vice President. The name was offered was that "Samaj Seva & Animal Care Centre (SSACC). This name was passed by the 11/13 majority the name oppositor was two other members Shri. Parv Sharma & Shri. Akhir Singh.

     The foundation of SSACC was taken place on the vision of Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma & many other inspired Leaders. Shri. Satya Prakash Sharma was our Past President but was very sensitive & strict on organization issues. He does not belives in the showoff, and only on that Shri. Satya Praksh Sharma doesn't have any clicked photos. 

       On, 29th December 2020 then, Central Committee passed resolution to change the name of Organization from SAMAJ SEVA & ANIMAL CARE CENTRE to ALL INDIA CITIZENS FOUNDATION. 

      Our aim is to Develop our society/Nation on the New Thinking with secular mindset.
