
59 Chinese Apps are banned by Govt of India. Cong MP Tagore praised step and also raised Questions

At Yesterday Night around 59 Chinese Apps are banned by Government of India including Tiktok, Shareit, Xender, CamScanner etc. This information is released by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Night of 29th June, 2020.
This step is taken to secure Indian users of these apps. As after tensions at Indo-China LAC created chances of leaking of Data and raised questions over the security at these apps. This will hit china huge interms of Economy. As these most of the apps are used by most of Indian citizens.
Congress Member of Parliament Manickam Tagore praises this st
ep and also raised his demand related to this. Congress MP requested PM Modi to ban PAYTM also because it have Chinese investment. This statement is tweeted on twitter.
Mr Manickam Tweeted:
I welcome the government’s bold move to ban some #ChineseAppsBanned ,Now Narendra should show his 56” chest and ban #Paytm, which has massive Chinese investments. Time to put your money where your mouth is! #GoVocalForLocal
We also want to state that Paytm have 7% investment from Chinese company known as Alibaba group.
